Prayer Against Fear
Father,
I come to You in the name of Jesus, and I thank You for Your presence. I thank You that You are not distant and that I am not alone in what I am facing. You are present, You are faithful, and You are steady. I bless You and give You glory.
Lord, I come into agreement with truth. You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. So I reject fear in every form—every thought, every feeling, every pattern that has tried to influence how I think, how I respond, and how I move.
Fear is not from You, so I will not come into agreement with it.
Your Word is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, dividing what is not aligned, so let Your Word do its work in me. Where fear has been hiding, expose it. Where it has been shaping my decisions, correct it. Where it has caused me to hesitate, delay, or withdraw, bring it into the light.
Father, I refuse to call fear wisdom. I refuse to justify hesitation when You have already made things clear. I will not shrink back from what You have spoken because of what I feel.
You have given me authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. So I take my place in that authority now. I will not move as if I am powerless when You have already given me power.
I break every agreement I have made with fear—knowingly and unknowingly. Every agreement with doubt, insecurity, and uncertainty, I release it now. It does not have a place in me.
Set my mind in order. Let my thoughts be governed by truth and not by fear. Where fear has spoken louder than Your Word, silence it. Where it has distorted how I see things, correct my vision.
I will not be led by what I feel. I will be led by what You have spoken.
I thank You that You are with me. I thank You that You go before me. I thank You that I am not walking into anything alone.
I receive boldness. I receive clarity. I receive a sound mind.
And I move forward in what You have established—without hesitation, without retreat, and without fear.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
